2. Business Definition

Shop to Raise Money is a business that enables the customer to purchase commercial goods online at a discount and raise money for the "CAUSE" of your choosing.  The merchants pay Pristine Health a commission each time a purchaser utilizes this site to purchase goods online.  The purchaser MUST begin at this site and click through to the online stores.  We then split the commission with the CAUSE the purchaser elects.  Commissions may vary among CAUSES as the commission will increase with longevity and merchandise purchased.  The commissions vary and we receive the commission after a purchase is made and delivery accepted.  The prices are the same as when you normally shop online. Contributions to charities are deductible for amount of fair market price.  You are buying from merchants at the same prices as you would at a regular store, so contributions cannot be deducted.  Revenue for your cause is subject to Shop to Raise Money receiving referral fees from the merchants for which Shop to Raise Money has agreements.  The amount is subject to the Shop to Raise Money policy at the time of purchase.  Shop to Raise Money is not responsible for referral fees to users that are not obtained from merchants for any reason.  Returns are subject to the merchant’s policies as we have no control and are not responsible for them.  Shop to Raise Money attempts to partner with sites with favorable return policies.  A commission will not be earned if you return the item.  Organizations, schools, etc. can sign up to have stores created for them.  Shop to Raise Money reserves the right to start with a certain number of merchants and add to them as the amount earned reaches a certain point.
  
There are some stores that can be linked directly (Example: Pristine Web Services, Onetravel.com) meaning you can go straight to that online store and get credit for your cause.  Many stores such as Jcrew, this site must be viewed first, then a purchase must be made.  Some stores have a cookie for certain period whereby if you return to the store within for example, 15 days, then a referral fee is still earned.  Unless otherwise stated, Shop to Raise Money recommends coming to this site first each time you plan to make a purchase and raise money.   reserves the right to select which charities/organizations will become involved as a partner. There is no cost to charities to participate, but Shop to Raise Money reserves the right to change this if needed.   Existing partners will not be subject to this cost.   We may modify or discontinue this Site and the services available at it without notice or liability to You.

4. The Site

While all reasonable precautions have been taken, Pristine Health makes no warranty that the site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. Pristine Health will not be liable for any damages (including without limitation, damages for loss of earnings) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from your use or inability to use the site or any content or from any action taken (or refrained from being taken) as a result of using the site or any content.

5.  Links to 3rd Party Sites

Shop to Raise Money and other Pristine Health sites rely on links to 3rd party sites for many of our services such as raising money for worthy causes. Users are required to link from our site to other merchant sites that have different privacy policies.  Please be aware that we Pristine Health are not responsible for the privacy policies of such other sites and disclaims any and all liability.  Users should read the privacy policy of all sites that ask for personal information (such as address or SSN#) if you are concerned. 

6. Retailer Sites

Shop to Raise Money nor the charities/organizations operate or control the products or services offered by merchants. We are not responsible for information provided by users to merchants.  Neither Pristine Health nor our charity partners are involved in your usage of the retailer websites. As a result, Pristine Health and our charity partners exercise no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised or sold and statements made through any retailer sites. The material on any retailer site, including product information and prices, are the responsibility of the operator of that website. Any information contained on a retailer site is subject to change without notice by the operator of that website. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more retailer sites, to the extent permitted by law, Pristine Health and Wealth and our charity partners (and our agents and employees) is released from any claims, costs, demands and expense of any nature from any person arising out of or incidental to any actions or omissions of the retailer including without limitation the purchase or sale (or any failure to purchase or sell) products or services to any person or otherwise in connection with the retailer’s website.
The ratings indicated for each of the retailers are provided purely for guidance purposes. They are based on our assessment of the retailer site and should not be relied upon in isolation when selecting a retailer.

The Terms are effective until terminated by Shop to Raise Money. Shop to Raise Money may terminate this agreement and your access to the Website at anytime without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the Website. All restrictions imposed on you, disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms will survive termination.

9.  Miscellaneous

If any provision of the Agreement shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceable shall not affect the other provisions of the Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
